The check-in process was VERY quick. Porter services were available. Security personnel was smart and responsive. The staff are always very polite and helpful. I found the price affordable and the hotel is clean.

There was ONE provided towel, even though the room was confirmed for two guests.

Breakfast was surprisingly GOOD. A restaurant is near the front lobby, and a Jollibee is next to the hotel. I appreciate THAT the hotel is close to restaurants.

The location is convenient, with approximately 15 minutes to the airport and 5 minutes walking distance to the mall. Several tourist ATTRACTiONS are easily accessible from this location. A taxi to the airport took only fifteen minutes.

Having a pool was GREAT. It's GOOD that the staff kept our case safely. The hotel provides good value for money. THERE are security guards at the main entrance 24/7.

The hotel is very close to a large shopping center. The hotel rates were reasonable and matched the advertised amenities. I found the bed and pillows to be quite comfortable. The security guards are friendly and helpful.

I noticed some wear and tear in the hallways. This could use some attention.

Check-in and check-out were swift. I needed a last-minute change to my reservation and the staff accommodated it quickly. The location is very convenient. It is near a large mall. The staff members are friendly and professional.

The shower door did not close completely, resulting in water on the bathroom floor.
